About Flytrix
Flytrix is a personal flight history and travel-analytics app. It helps you log the flights you have taken and see maps, stats, trips, and insights about your travel. By creating an account or using Flytrix, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. Keep your login credentials secure and use Flytrix only for lawful purposes - you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
User-entered data and your responsibility
You are responsible for the flights and details you add, edit, import, or share. You should only upload data you have the right to use, and you can edit or correct any flight at any time. Your flight data remains yours.
Flight lookup and third-party data
When you look up a flight, Flytrix uses third-party data sources. That data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and depends on the provider. Treat it as a convenience to help you log your travel, not as an authoritative or official record.
Subscriptions, billing, and Stripe
Flytrix offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (available as monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase). Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe; we never store your full card number. Recurring Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are shown before you check out, and you agree to a price at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. A one-time lifetime purchase is not a recurring subscription and does not need cancelling.
Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us at hello@flytrix.app. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
What happens if your subscription ends
If you cancel Pro, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account may return to Free limits. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If your subscription ends, is cancelled, or payment cannot be collected, we may limit, suspend, downgrade, or pause access to paid features (such as higher limits, lookup quotas, exports, or premium analytics). We do not automatically delete your saved flights, trips, bookings, or travel history solely because a subscription ends, and if you reactivate Pro later your saved data should still be available - unless you separately delete your account.
Account deletion and retained information
Account deletion and data-deletion requests are handled separately from subscription cancellation. You can delete your flight data or close your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes access to your account and deletes, de-identifies, or anonymises account data where practical. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or compliance purposes, and we may keep aggregate or de-identified metrics that do not reasonably identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Public profiles and sharing
If you enable a public profile or share a link, you are responsible for what you choose to make public. Flytrix only exposes public-safe travel stats and strips private fields (such as spend, payment, seat, and status), but you control whether the profile is visible at all.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Flytrix - for example by attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, scraping other users' data, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Public usernames that are reserved or offensive are not allowed.
Service availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may limit or interrupt the service for maintenance or other reasons. We aim to keep Flytrix available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Not professional, aviation, safety, or operational advice
Flytrix is not a real-time flight radar, airline, airport, travel agency, immigration, legal, safety, or operational aviation tool. Do not rely on Flytrix for live flight status, boarding, visa or immigration, safety, legal, aviation operations, or any travel-critical or real-time decision.
Disclaimer
Flytrix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including in relation to the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flytrix and its makers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate third-party data or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you access or use Flytrix outside Australia, you may also have rights under local laws that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Flytrix after a change means you accept the updated terms.
